.::Power Director::.

Been trying to install this program about 10 times now, the torrent was beautifully fast but I've been having the usual problems.
Anyway, I'm downloading a new version now so expect some wicked-cool videos by Friday at the most.

There Are No Words

I've bitched and moaned for a lot of things in my time but i don't think I've ever wanted anything as much as this (except for maybe the Spiderman action-figure with 18 joints, or maybe the collectors item dragon figurine when I was 7)

I've wanted a polaroid camera for the longest time but now I've surfed around on ebay it seems so real, donations?
The results are beautiful, you'll never get pictures as good with any other camera.

Scorch Webcomic: 'The Dark Knight' Intermission

And I thought I liked The Joker already . . . :D
I found this article from someone's Blog while looking for shots of the Joker:

"Aside from playing a role which was draining him by it’s evil and wicked qualities, Ledger was actually ‘warned’ about what the role would do to him. Apparently, a reporter was able to get a quick interview with Jack Nicholson (The actor who portrayed the joker in the 1989 Film adaption of ‘Batman.’) When informed of Ledger’s death, Nicholson commented: “That’s awful… I warned him.” So what is it that Nicholson actually warned Ledger of? The dangers of sleeping pills? Or the danger of taking on such as sinister role as the Joker? Nicholson didn’t explain his comments any further."

I don't take these things seriously at most times, but . . . really . . .

Smallville - Season 8 Episode 1: Odyssey

Smallville Gets Nasty

(And Significantly More Sexy)

Review/Scoop from eonline.com :

By written order from Lex himself, Tess is in charge of Luther Corp. if he vanishes off the face of the earth (or leaves the show of his own accord, however you want to look at it). Tess is diabolical, awesome and hanging on to a certain power crystal.
-----------------------------------
I can tell you there will be a hot, sexy fight scene between two of our leading men.
(Was I expecting that? O_o)
-----------------------------------
Looks like the CW is laying the sex appeal on thick; we get Lois in a French maid outfit in the premiere, and no, she is not actually feather dusting anything.
(Seems like Lois has been the brunt of all of CW's urges to make Smallville a little more appealing . . . )
-----------------------------------

Wow, and I still have to wait an hour to watch the season premiere . . .

That Far Back

Found this amazing clip of Placebo performing in the 1998 film                 'Velvet Goldmine' and decided to re-evaluate my life:

I mean with a cast like this . . .

Ewan McGregor
Christian Bale
Eddie Izzard
Jonathan Rhys Myers

. . . why are people even still watching Adam Sandler films?

I'm sorry . . .

             SMALLVILLE Season 8

It all started when I was still learning to read . . .
I'm finishing Season 7 now, and with the final Season premiering tomorrow, I've realized something.
Smallville has been more than just a show for me, during the long period of time it has taken me to get through the episodes my own little story has been told.
Some of the biggest changes in my life have occurred since I started watching the best show on the planet, each moment in Smallville has a little memory in it, good and bad.
I don't know if it's something I've already told my readers, but the reason Films & TV Shows have had such a huge part in my Blog is because they have a huge part in my life: I believe that when you watch something it shouldn't just be a throw-away-experience, if it's just entertainment then it's not worth your time.
In most cases anyway . . .

.:!:.

I have been absent for far too long, take a look at my Art Gallery to see what's been keeping me away.

For now, I leave you with an amazing dance scene that was used as the kickoff for series 2 of one of my favourite shows, Skins:
