A horrible loophole in my plan, which was brought to my attention by a little peruvian boy named Mari, is that I can't drive at 13 or fouteen!
But no, that is not the end of my distant yet perfect world, I quickly remembered that children below eighteen are legally permitted to drive if it's kept to the farm land they might just happen to live on.
Yet another loophole, (stupid things!) I don't live on a farm! (as far as animals go at least)
The retro dream is still in sight: When I get arrested for speeding down a dusty highway in a classic VW Bus (printed with flames and flowers on both sides of course) I shall simply explain to the egotistical officer that: "The world is a farm and I'm driving in it."
Although this sentence may result in my vehicle of beauty being defiled and searched for drugs, I shall try it with a 60's fuschia pink heart filled with hope.

to drive farm vehicles on private or public land one must first pass a theory test to prove that they have a firm understanding of the road ways and the traffic thereon. the only problem about the Volks Wagen bus is that its not an agricultural vehicle, therefor does not fall under the category of "tractor" that may be used regardless of size( or en-hinged weight )( aka trailer or attached farming equipment) on any piece of land or public road. however one must take into account that if you are driving a real sized vehicle of any sort on open land, its bound to leave tire tracks on the neatly tilled land, for the same reasons its highly likely that instead of calling the authorities, any half witted farmer is more likely bound to use his trusty shot gun on your tires rather then on you.
